Sendomeshi

In Tamaya's unique way of eating the rice, which has been simmered for 30 minutes, the first bowl is eaten as is, the second bowl is topped with the ``ultimate egg'' to make it like egg-topped rice, and the third bowl is topped with Tamaya's special dashi stock and spring onions to make it like dashi chazuke.It comes with pickles, miso soup, and a small side dish.
