Using ingredients such as Yamato pork, Yamato beef, Yamato chicken, and mushrooms from Nara Prefecture, each pot is cooked fresh at the dining table.It takes about 30 minutes for the rice to cook, so it's best to make a reservation.Comes with pickles and miso soup.

Sendomeshi

In Tamaya's unique way of eating the rice, which has been simmered for 30 minutes, the first bowl is eaten as is, the second bowl is topped with the ``ultimate egg'' to make it like egg-topped rice, and the third bowl is topped with Tamaya's special dashi stock and spring onions to make it like dashi chazuke.It comes with pickles, miso soup, and a small side dish.
